My Story
When I started my practice in 2005, I set out to do things a little differently. After spending six years working in various practices across different states while my wife completed her residency, I had the opportunity to observe and learn from many different approaches to care. I wanted to take the best aspects of those experiences and build a practice centered on continuity of care.
My priority has always been getting to know each family and understanding how to best support every child’s unique needs. Now, after twenty years as a solo practitioner, I’ve had the privilege of watching many of my first newborn patients grow into young adults—heading off to college or beginning their careers. It’s incredibly rewarding to have played a small part in their journeys.
Watching children grow from infancy through adolescence has been an amazing experience. I firmly believe that having stable, trusted individuals and environments is essential for a child’s well-being. Raising children is one of life’s most important and challenging responsibilities, and there is no single “right” way—it’s about what works best for each family. Being entrusted with a role in that process is both humbling and fulfilling, and I look forward to continuing this work for many years to come.

“A hundred years from now it will not matter what my bank account was, the sort of house I lived in, or the kind of car I drove... but the world may be different because I was important in the life of a child.”
